SHIPPING POLICY

We ship worldwide from Australia.

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has been shipped.

Domestic shipping times are estimated by Australia Post and are outside of our control once dispatched. Standard domestic delivery typically takes 2 to 7 business days depending on your location.

International orders are shipped via Australia Post International. Delivery times vary by destination and are subject to customs clearance in the receiving country. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

Christian Taylor is not responsible for lost or delayed parcels once they have been handed to Australia Post. If your parcel is lost in transit please contact us and we will do our best to assist.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged by their country.
